Nyamo 개인정보 처리방침

Nyamo는 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 고양이 사진·스티커·메모 등 콘텐츠는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않으며, 앱 개선을 위한 익명 사용 통계만 수집합니다.
수집하는 정보
익명 사용 통계뿐입니다(아래 참조). 계정·로그인이 없으며, 사진 분석과 스티커 생성의 모든 처리는 기기 안에서만 이루어집니다.
사진첩
사용자가 고른 사진을 스티커로 만들기 위해서만 사용됩니다. 온보딩의 ‘움직이는 사진 찾기’와 고양이 인식(Apple Vision)은 전적으로 기기 내에서 이루어지며, 사진이나 분석 결과가 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
카메라
고양이를 라이브 포토로 촬영해 스티커 재료를 만들기 위해서만 사용됩니다. 촬영물은 사용자의 사진첩과 앱 내부에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
스티커·메모
만든 스티커와 메모는 기기의 앱 저장 공간에만 보관됩니다. 홈 화면 위젯은 기기 내 공유 저장소(App Group)를 통해서만 스티커를 표시하며, 네트워크를 사용하지 않습니다.
익명 사용 통계
앱 개선을 위해 익명 사용 통계를 수집하며, 프라이버시 중심 분석 서비스 TelemetryDeck(독일)이 처리합니다.
- 수집하는 것— 기능 사용 이벤트(예: ‘스티커 생성됨’, ‘가챠 뽑음’), 보유 스티커 수 구간, 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델, 언어, 대략적인 지역.
- 수집하지 않는 것 — 사진·스티커·메모 등 콘텐츠, 이름·이메일, 정확한 위치, 광고 식별자.
식별자는 기기를 떠나기 전에 복원 불가능하게 해시되어 개인을 특정할 수 없습니다. 이 통계는 광고나 추적 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 TelemetryDeck 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
결제
Nyamo Pro 구독·구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. Nyamo는 결제 수단이나 카드 정보에 접근할 수 없으며, Apple이 제공하는 익명화된 구매 상태(Pro 여부)만 확인합니다.
공유·저장
스티커 공유(GIF·APNG·PNG·인스타그램 스토리)와 사진 저장은 사용자가 직접 실행하며 iOS 표준 기능을 통합니다. Nyamo는 이 과정에서 콘텐츠를 수집하지 않습니다.
피드백
앱 내 ‘피드백 보내기’는 외부 폼(Tally)으로 연결되며, 사용자가 직접 작성한 내용과 앱 버전만 전달됩니다.
제3자 공유
익명 사용 통계는 TelemetryDeck GmbH(독일)가 위탁 처리하며, 그 외 어떤 정보도 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다. 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.
보관 및 삭제
모든 콘텐츠는 기기에만 저장되므로 보관 기간도 사용자가 결정합니다. 스티커는 도감에서 언제든 개별 삭제할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 기기의 iCloud·컴퓨터 백업을 사용하는 경우 앱 데이터가 사용자 본인의 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Apple의 약관을 따릅니다. 익명 사용 통계에는 개인 식별 정보가 없어 특정인의 데이터를 골라 삭제하는 것이 기술적으로 불가능합니다.
아동의 개인정보
Nyamo는 연령과 무관하게 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
정책 변경
이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 상단의 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 노트로도 알립니다.

Data we collect
Anonymous usage statistics only (see below). There are no accounts and no login — all photo analysis and sticker creation happens on-device.
Photo Library
Used only to turn the photos you choose into stickers. Onboarding’s “find moving photos” and cat recognition (Apple Vision) run entirely on-device; neither your photos nor the analysis results are ever transmitted.
Camera
Used only to shoot Live Photos of your cat as sticker material. Captures are saved only to your photo library and within the app, and are never transmitted.
Stickers & Memos
Your stickers and memos are stored only in the app’s storage on your device. The home screen widget displays stickers via on-device shared storage (App Group) and uses no network.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the app, we collect anonymous usage statistics, processed by the privacy-focused analytics service TelemetryDeck (Germany).
- What is collected— feature-usage events (e.g. “sticker created”, “gacha drawn”), bucketed sticker counts, app version, OS version, device model, language, and approximate region.
- What is never collected — your content (photos, stickers, memos), name or email, precise location, or advertising identifiers.
Identifiers are irreversibly hashed before leaving your device, so no individual can be identified. These statistics are never used for advertising or tracking. See the TelemetryDeck privacy policy for details.
Purchases
Nyamo Pro subscriptions and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. Nyamo never sees your payment details — it only checks the anonymized purchase state (whether Pro is active) provided by Apple.
Sharing & Saving
Sharing stickers (GIF, APNG, PNG, Instagram Stories) and saving to Photos are initiated by you via standard iOS features. Nyamo collects none of your content during this process.
Feedback
The “Send feedback” link opens an external form (Tally); only what you voluntarily write, plus the app version, is submitted.
Third parties
Anonymous usage statistics are processed on our behalf by TelemetryDeck GmbH (Germany). Nothing else is shared with third parties, and we never sell data.
Retention & Deletion
Since all content lives only on your device, you decide how long it is kept. You can delete any sticker from your collection at any time, and deleting the app removes all data the app has stored. If you use iCloud or computer backups, app data may be included in your own device backup under Apple’s terms. Anonymous usage statistics contain no personal identifiers, so it is technically impossible to locate and delete any specific person’s data.
Children’s privacy
Nyamo does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone, regardless of age, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will also be noted in app update notes.
