종쳤다는 학교 종소리로 울리는 iPhone 알람 앱입니다. App Store에서 한 번 결제하는 유료 앱이며 인앱 구매, 구독, 광고, 계정·로그인, 개발자가 운영하는 서버나 클라우드가 없습니다. 알람과 설정은 기기 안에서만 저장·처리되며, 로고그램은 개인정보를 수집·판매하지 않습니다. 제품 개선을 위해 아래에 명시한 소수의 익명 사용 이벤트만 TelemetryDeck으로 분석합니다.

1. 알람 권한

종쳤다가 요청하는 권한은 iOS의 알람 권한(AlarmKit) 하나입니다. 첫 알람을 저장할 때 시스템 권한 창이 표시되며, 이 권한은 알람을 시스템에 예약하고 무음·집중 모드에서도 울리게 하는 데만 사용합니다. 알람이 울리는 화면과 다시 알림 카운트다운(Live Activity)은 기기 안에서 iOS가 표시하며, 이 과정에서 어떤 데이터도 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

마이크, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 캘린더, 건강 데이터에는 접근하지 않으며 푸시 알림도 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장하는 정보

사용자가 만든 알람(시각, 요일 반복, 라벨, 소리, 다시 알림 켜짐·꺼짐, 활성 여부)은 기기 안 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관하고, 울릴 알람은 iOS 시스템에 등록합니다. 다시 알림 간격, 온보딩(첫 실행 안내) 완료 여부, 리뷰 요청 표시 기록, 분석용 임의 설치 식별자도 기기에 저장합니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 데이터와 시스템에 등록된 알람이 함께 삭제됩니다.

알람 소리 10개는 모두 앱 안에 들어 있는 파일이며, 소리를 재생하거나 미리 듣기 위해 네트워크에 연결하지 않습니다.

3. 구매

종쳤다는 App Store에서 한 번 결제하는 유료 앱입니다. 인앱 구매나 구독은 없습니다. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며, 종쳤다는 결제 카드 정보나 Apple 계정 정보를 받지 않습니다. Apple 서비스의 정보 처리에는 Apple 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

4. 이용 분석, 광고와 추적

종쳤다는 개인정보 보호를 중시하는 분석 서비스인 TelemetryDeck(TelemetryDeck GmbH, 독일)을 사용해, 어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악하기 위한 소수의 익명 사용 이벤트를 전송합니다. 광고, 광고 식별자(IDFA), 교차 앱 추적, 자체 계정, 개발자 운영 백엔드는 사용하지 않으며, 분석 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

  • 사용 이벤트: 앱 시작, 온보딩 완료(건너뛰기 여부), 알람 권한 요청 결과, 리뷰 요청 표시.
  • 알람 이벤트: 알람을 만들 때의 소리 이름, 반복 요일 수 구간(1회·1~4일·평일·6~7일), 다시 알림 켜짐·꺼짐. 알람 켜기·끄기, 알람 삭제. 소리를 미리 들을 때의 소리 이름.
  • SDK 기본 정보: 해시 처리된 앱별 임의 식별자, 세션 식별자, 앱/OS 버전, 기기 모델, 언어·지역, 시간대. 지역은 기기 설정이며 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

알람 라벨, 알람 시각, 사용자가 입력한 문자열은 어떤 경우에도 전송하지 않습니다. 임의 식별자는 앱이 기기 안에서 만든 값으로 사용자나 Apple 계정과 연결되지 않으며, 전송 전에 해시 처리되고 서비스 측에서 추가 처리됩니다. TelemetryDeck은 IP 주소를 저장하지 않는다고 설명합니다. 자세한 처리 방식과 보존 기간은 TelemetryDeck 개인정보처리방침 및 개인정보 FAQ를 참고하세요.

종쳤다는 설정 화면에서 사용자가 직접 탭할 때만 외부 링크를 엽니다: 이 개인정보처리방침, 이메일 문의(Mail 앱), 피드백 폼(Tally), App Store 리뷰 쓰기. 링크를 브라우저에서 열면 웹사이트 호스팅 과정에서 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 등 접속 정보가 처리될 수 있으며, 로고그램 웹사이트는 Vercel Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 피드백 폼 링크에는 앱 버전과 앱 코드명이 함께 전달되고, 폼에 입력한 내용은 Tally에 저장됩니다. 알람이나 설정을 이 페이지들에 전달하지 않습니다. 웹사이트 방문 정보는 Vercel 개인정보처리방침, 피드백 폼은 Tally 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

5. 권한 관리

iOS 설정에서 종쳤다의 알람 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 알람 권한을 철회하면 알람을 예약할 수 없고 이미 예약된 알람은 울리지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

종쳤다는 연령과 무관하게 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 보존, 삭제 및 문의

기기에 저장된 알람과 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 모두 삭제됩니다. TelemetryDeck으로 전송된 사용 이벤트는 익명이어서 특정 사용자의 데이터로 찾아내거나 개별 삭제할 수 없으며, 보존 기간은 TelemetryDeck 정책에 따릅니다.

이메일 문의 시 사용자가 보내는 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변 및 문제 해결에 사용합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 문의 처리가 끝나 더 이상 필요하지 않은 자료는 삭제합니다. 문의 자료 삭제 요청도 아래 이메일로 할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정 비밀번호나 결제 정보를 보내지 마세요.

School Bell (종쳤다) is an iPhone alarm app that rings with school bell sounds. It is a paid app with a one-time purchase on the App Store: no in-app purchases, no subscription, no ads, no account or login, and no developer-operated server or cloud. Your alarms and settings are stored and processed only on your device, and Logogram does not collect or sell personal data. To improve the product, we send only the small set of anonymous usage events described below to TelemetryDeck.

1. Alarm permission

The only permission School Bell requests is the iOS alarm permission (AlarmKit). The system prompt appears when you save your first alarm, and the permission is used solely to schedule alarms with the system so they ring even in Silent or Focus mode. The alarm screen and the snooze countdown (Live Activity) are shown by iOS on your device, and no data leaves the device in the process.

The app does not access the microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendar or health data, and it does not use push notifications.

2. Information stored on your device

The alarms you create (time, weekday repeat, label, sound, snooze on or off, enabled state) are kept in the app’s own storage on your device, and active alarms are registered with iOS. The snooze interval, whether onboarding has been completed, review-prompt history and a random analytics installation identifier are also stored on the device. Deleting the app removes this data together with the alarms registered with the system.

All ten alarm sounds are files bundled inside the app; playing or previewing them never requires a network connection.

3. Purchase

School Bell is a paid app with a one-time purchase on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple processes the payment; School Bell does not receive your payment card details or Apple Account information. Apple handles information according to the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

School Bell uses TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany), a privacy-focused analytics service, to send a small set of anonymous usage events that tell us which features are actually used. We do not use advertising, advertising identifiers (IDFA), cross-app tracking, separate accounts or developer-operated backend servers, and analytics data is never sold or used for advertising.

  • Usage events: app launch, onboarding completed (skipped or not), the result of the alarm permission request, review prompt shown.
  • Alarm events: when an alarm is created, the sound name, a bucket for the number of repeat days (once, 1–4 days, weekdays, 6–7 days) and snooze on or off; alarm toggled on or off; alarm deleted; the sound name when a sound is previewed.
  • SDK metadata: a hashed app-specific random identifier, session identifier, app/OS versions, device model, language, region and time zone. Region comes from device settings; we do not collect GPS location.

Alarm labels, alarm times and any text you type are never transmitted. The random identifier is generated by the app on your device, is not linked to you or your Apple Account, is hashed before transmission and processed further by the service. TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses. See the TelemetryDeck Privacy Policy and Privacy FAQ for details, including retention.

School Bell opens external links only when you tap them in Settings: this privacy policy, email support (Mail app), a feedback form (Tally) and Write a Review on the App Store. When you open a link in a browser, website hosting may process access information such as your IP address and browser details, and the Logogram website uses Vercel Web Analytics. The feedback form link carries the app version and the app’s codename, and anything you enter in the form is stored by Tally. Your alarms and settings are never sent to these pages. 5. Managing permissions

You can change School Bell’s alarm permission in iOS Settings. Without it the app cannot schedule alarms, and alarms already scheduled will not ring.

6. Children’s privacy

School Bell does not collect any personal information from anyone, regardless of age, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Retention, deletion and contact

Alarms and settings stored on your device are removed when you delete the app. Usage events sent to TelemetryDeck are anonymous, so they cannot be traced to or deleted for an individual user; retention follows TelemetryDeck’s policy.

If you contact us by email, we use the email address and message you provide to respond and resolve your issue. Unless retention is required by law, we delete information that is no longer needed after handling your inquiry. You may request deletion of inquiry information at the address below. Please do not send your Apple Account password or payment information.

8. Changes
